Terms of sale
These terms govern orders for limited-edition Fine Art photographic prints placed on matthieuleherisse.com.
1. Seller
Matthieu LEHERISSE — Sole trader (French EI)
SIREN: 109 776 211 · APE code: 74.20Z — Photographic activities
Registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) on 10 September 2026

2. Products
The products are Fine Art photographic prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm paper. Each photograph is issued in a total edition of ten across all sizes and media. Every print is signed, individually numbered and supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity. Images, dimensions and in-room views are descriptive; screen rendering may differ slightly from the physical print.
3. Order and availability
The customer selects a photograph and size, reviews the cart and confirms payment. The sale is final once payment has been accepted and an order confirmation has been sent. Availability is limited by the edition inventory. If production proves impossible after payment, the customer is informed and reimbursed in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and are the final amounts payable for the selected print. Delivery charges are added and shown before payment. Payment is made securely by card through Stripe and is collected when the order is confirmed. The seller never has access to the full card number.
5. Production and delivery
Prints are made to order, checked, signed and numbered before dispatch. The production time is added to carrier transit time. The indicative transit time after dispatch is one working day in France and two to six working days in the European Union. The tracking number is sent to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the order. Risk transfers when the customer or a designated third party physically receives the parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. The decision must be sent before the deadline by an unambiguous statement to the postal or email address above. The print must then be returned within fourteen days, complete, protected and in its original condition. Direct return costs are borne by the customer. The refund, including standard outbound delivery, is made using the original means of payment within fourteen days of notice; it may be withheld until the goods are recovered or proof of dispatch is supplied.
7. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee provided by Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. A claim may be sent to the seller using the contact details above, with the order reference and supporting photographs where useful.
8. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should first be sent to the seller by email or post. If no amicable solution is found, a consumer may use the consumer mediation procedure free of charge. The appointed mediator’s details will be added here once the required agreement has been finalised.
The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referenced.
9. Personal data
Order data is used only for payment, production, delivery, customer relations, fraud prevention and compliance with statutory obligations. Requests concerning personal data may be sent to the seller’s email address.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable settlement or mediation, the consumer may bring proceedings before the competent court under ordinary law, including the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.
Version applicable from 10 September 2026.
